Noelle Valentine

Chief Compliance Officer

Noelle Valentine, Chief Compliance Officer, is an accomplished leader with years of experience leading effective compliance programs. Noelle works in partnership with the executive team on the development and implementation of our Corporate Compliance Program.

Prior to joining Healogics, Noelle served as the Vice President of Compliance for Fresenius Medical Care NA. While at Fresenius, Noelle built the compliance monitor function, including investigations, audit and data analytics, and led the program designed to detect, respond, investigate and analyze compliance risks for the dialysis services line and physician practice business. Before transitioning to compliance at Fresenius, Noelle was an attorney at the law firm of Alston & Bird, LLP, where she worked as part of its Government Investigations team, conducting complex investigations, negotiating with the government, and providing counsel on a broad range of compliance-related issues to the firm’s clients.

Noelle earned her Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
