Keith Koford

General Counsel

Keith Koford, General Counsel, is responsible for the entire legal function of the organization, including implementing all strategic and tactical legal initiatives. He is also corporate secretary. Keith joined Healogics in 2018 with a combined 20 years of legal and business experience.

Prior to Healogics, Keith served as Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for a publicly traded, international medical device and biologics manufacturer and distributor, where over the course of his career he had executive leadership responsibility for world-wide legal affairs, intellectual property, compliance, regulatory affairs, and clinical affairs and reimbursement. He was previously an attorney at the law firm of Holland & Knight, LLP, where he worked as part of its International and Cross-Borders Transactions Group and its Healthcare and Life Sciences Team. Prior to his legal career, he worked in the field of molecular biology at a genomics-based pharmaceutical company.

Keith earned his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, and his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Auburn University. He also earned graduate credits at The Johns Hopkins University, where he was enrolled as a Master of Science degree candidate.
