David Bassin, Chief Executive Officer of Healogics since 2017, has brought a new vision of growth in advanced wound care services that fully integrates the special community of patients, physicians, hospitals and suppliers together with payers. David is delivering new revenue-generating and cost-cutting solutions for Healogics hospital partners. At the same time, he is focused on augmenting the exceptional patient experience delivered at Healogics Wound Care Centers with broader, population-based solutions for complex patients with wounds, continuing to drive better health outcomes for patients together with lower total cost of care for the system overall. Prior to being CEO, David served the company as CFO for two years.

David’s healthcare experience spans over 20 years and includes experience in pharmaceutical services and payer services for radiology, musculoskeletal and post-acute care. David has consistently demonstrated a focus on delivering exceptional customer growth while also profitability managing the complexities of fee-for-value contracts. David has extensive experience successfully executing acquisitions and other value-generating transactions. Most recently, as CFO of MedSolutions, he executed the sale of the company to eviCore Healthcare and led the financial integration post transaction as CFO of eviCore. Earlier in his career, David spent nearly 10 years at inVentiv Health, Inc., where he held a variety of financial leadership roles through the go-private sale of the company.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
